Use of Third-Party AI Service Providers
Certain AI features may be powered by third-party AI service providers (for example, Google Cloud, Firebase Auth, and Google Gemini API). When this occurs, relevant portions of your prompt or input may be transmitted to that provider in order to generate a response.
- EduPrimeX's own processing of your data is governed strictly by this Policy.

- We do not knowingly use student-submitted content to train third-party public AI models beyond what is inherent to the third-party provider's own stated practices, and we will update this section if our practices or provider arrangements change.
We recognize that many users of the Platform are minors and students. We are steadfastly committed to handling data belonging to students and children with elevated care and responsibility.
- Institutional Context: Where the Platform is used by a minor through an educational institution, the institution acts as an intermediary responsible for obtaining necessary parental or guardian consent in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
- Individual Minor Use: Where a minor uses the Platform outside an institutional context, we strongly encourage parental or guardian involvement in account creation and ongoing use.
- Rights for Parents & Guardians: Parents, guardians, or institutions who believe a minor's data has been collected inappropriately, or who wish to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's data, may contact us immediately using Section 20.
- No Advertising: We do not knowingly use minors' personal data for behavioral or targeted advertising, nor do we ever sell such data.
When EduPrimeX is deployed within an educational institution, the institution and its authorized administrative personnel may have access to certain information depending on platform configuration, including:
- Student account and profile information associated with the institution.
- Usage and academic activity data relevant to monitoring learning progress and campus workflows.
- Teacher-submitted content and instructional activity, where applicable.
Institutions are responsible for ensuring their own use of the Platform, and any data they access through it, complies with applicable laws, including obligations toward students and parents/guardians. EduPrimeX acts, in such contexts, in accordance with the configuration and instructions provided by the institution.

You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent login sessions from functioning properly.
Some of our global cloud infrastructure and AI service providers may maintain server facilities outside India. Where cross-border data transfer takes place, we ensure such transfers comply with applicable guidelines under the DPDP Act and relevant international transfer safeguards.
In the unlikely event of a security breach involving personal data that is likely to result in risk or harm to affected individuals, we will initiate rapid mitigation, investigate thoroughly, and notify affected users and/or data protection authorities in compliance with applicable law.
The Platform may link to external websites, educational repositories, or third-party resources. EduPrimeX exercises no control over third-party privacy practices or website contents, and we advise reviewing their individual privacy disclosures.
