EduPrimeX ("EduPrimeX," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered education technology platform available at https://eduprimex.netlify.app (the "Platform"), designed to support students, teachers, schools, institutions, and administrators with AI-assisted learning tools and related educational features.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Platform by any individual or entity, including students, parents/guardians, teachers, and school/institutional administrators (collectively, "Users," "you," or "your").
These Terms are issued by Adarsh Raj, having its registered address at Parahupur, Vikash Nagar Tiraha, Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh, India-232101.
In these Terms, capitalized and designated terms shall have the specific meanings set forth below:
Account Creation & Age Eligibility
Use of certain features of the Platform requires creating an account. The minimum eligible age for use is 3+ years and the maximum age extends up to 60 years. Where the Platform is used by a minor below the applicable age of digital consent, usage must occur with appropriate parental, guardian, or institutional involvement, as described in Section 3.5.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile details up to date at all times.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords. You agree to notify EduPrimeX immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized account access or security compromise.
Responsibility for Account Activity
Except where activity directly results from EduPrimeX's own proven operational negligence, you are responsible for all actions conducted through your account credentials.
Parent / Guardian Involvement
Where a Student account is used by a minor, we actively encourage parental awareness and oversight. Where access is provisioned by a School/Institution, the institution assumes responsibility for managing consent per its governance policies.
School-Managed Accounts
Where student or teacher accounts are provisioned and administered by an educational institution, that institution controls access tiers, visibility, and account permissions in compliance with its institutional mandates.
EduPrimeX is designed to support learning and provide educational assistance, resources, and tools. It is strictly intended to supplement, not replace, formal instruction from qualified teachers, accredited institutions, and established curricula.
